MARKRETE DIFFERENCE

A 100-Year Roof Built For The Storm

MARkrete® is a patented insulated reinforced concrete roof system designed for hurricane-prone regions.

Unlike most concrete systems, MARkrete supports both pitched and flat roof designs, making it compatible with traditional residential architecture as well as modern homes.

Proven in South Florida and the Caribbean, where buildings face some of the most demanding weather conditions in the world.

HOW MARkrete WORKS

We replace traditional wood roof structures with precision-cut insulated panels and reinforced concrete, MARkrete creates a permanent monolithic structural roof engineered for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance.

Precision
Substructure

Phase 1

Custom-profiled EPS insulated panels are secured using 20-gauge structural steel channels. This creates the high-thermal-mass framework and permanent formwork for the system.

Structural Reinforcement

Phase 2

A high-grade rebar matrix is integrated according to site-specific, signed and sealed engineering plans, ensuring maximum resistance against wind uplift and lateral forces.

Monolithic
Integration

Phase 3

A 5–7 inch reinforced concrete pour creates a seamless structural shield. The EPS core remains permanently embedded, delivering continuous R-30 PLUS thermal performance.
